Welcome to NowBouquets. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website, phone, or other sales channels.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Products & Availability

  • All flower arrangements are subject to availability. In the event that certain flowers or containers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and style of the arrangement.

  • Because flowers are perishable, natural variations in color, size, and shape may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [USD] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and delivered.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are available within our specified service areas.

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, flowers may be left in a safe place, with a neighbor, or returned to our shop for re-delivery (additional charges may apply).

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns.

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be canceled once prepared or out for delivery.
