Return & Refund Policy – NowBouquets

We take great pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and ensuring your experience with us is exceptional. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.

1. Freshness Guarantee

All of our bouquets and arrangements are prepared with the freshest flowers available. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders: If the flowers arrive in poor condition, we will happily replace them at no additional cost or issue a full/partial refund.

  • Order Errors: If we make a mistake with your order (wrong bouquet, missing item, incorrect delivery), we will immediately arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

  • Change of Mind: Since flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the order has been delivered.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

  • Same-day orders cannot be canceled once they are being prepared or out for delivery.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact the customer. In some cases, flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
